Elizabeth
Privacy
What this site collects, why, and how to be rid of it.
Inside Elizabeth collects as little as it can, and this page says exactly what that is.
Server logs
The site is static files served by Vercel, which keeps standard request logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, the browser’s user-agent string — for a short period, as any web server does. We do not read them to build a picture of you and they are not linked to anything else.
If you sign up for the weekly email
Your address goes to the company that sends the email for us, along with whichever towns you picked. They hold it so they can send you the thing you asked for, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or hand it to anyone, and every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately and for good.
Signing up is the only thing on this site that asks for your address, and you never have to.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or share an email address. Ever, to anyone, for any amount.
- Run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or social widgets.
- Ask you to accept cookies, because there are none to accept.
Links out
These guides link out constantly — to restaurants, town halls, organisers, Zillow, Wikimedia. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site under someone else’s policy, and we have no say in what they collect.
