A multi-vendor shop of antiques, gifts and collectibles at the corner of Poplar and Main, with the Carriage Shoppes Tea Room in the same building. It opened in 2005 as a home decor and antique store in the town’s old blacksmith barn, built in 1889, took on a new look in 2020, and now holds more than 14 local artisans and vendors; it also sells online. CREATE! is its program of classes held in the shop.
The shop also posts winter hours, without saying when they start: closed Mondays, Tuesday to Saturday 10 am–5 pm, Sunday 11 am–4 pm.
Hours, address and the shop’s history were read on its home page on 30 October 2026. The site publishes no phone and nothing dated after 2023; the Elizabeth Main Street Program’s directory, read the same day, lists The Carriage Shoppes at 392 S Main Street with the phone above, and the tea room’s site puts the building at Poplar and Main.
