Boo Bash on Main: harvest festival and Trick or Treat Street

The Elizabeth Main Street Program takes over South Main Street for the town’s Halloween morning: a harvest festival among the brick storefronts and a Trick or Treat Street where downtown businesses hand out candy. Costumes expected. Main Street posts the vendor list and the block closures in the fortnight before.
